These I took with my phone.  This one was the first time Allison rode in the car seat facing forward.  She was so excited.  She giggled the whole way!

This was from this past Thrusday.  When we picked Lauren up from school she had gotten the bear from the Navy visting them.  As soon as Allison saw the bear she wanted it.  So Lauren didnt mind her having it then...but the longer she had it she didnt like it! But I talked to her about it and she is sort of ok with it now.  Allison LOVEs this bear and will not give it back. 

Popcorn and play doh

Sunday night I think it was Lauren asked for some popcorn so Jon popped some.  Well of course Allison wanted some.  So they both climbed up in the chair and had their bowl of popcorn and ate and watched some tv!!

Monday the Girls wanted to go outside so we decided to get the play doh out since it is NOT allowed in my house anymore! This was Allison's first time playing with it and she liked it ok.  She had more fun playing with the containers.  It was so chilly we had to move it into the play house.  Lauren played with it all morning long!!

Valentine's day

I am finally getting around to posting about Valentines day.  I think I have solved the issue with being able to post pics on here.  Look at Alli's pig slippers!

I got them toys that they both would like and would play with and they have really enjoyed them.

My sweet babies!! That night we cooked steaks and roasted some marshmellows by the fire.  That is becoming a normal thing around here.  The girls love to be outside at night!!

Cat CAT!!!

Around 1 am last night I heart Allison talking then she was screaming CAT CAT.  I think Garfield was at her window meowing and it woke her up.  He finally came around to our door and I let him in.  Allison never cried she went back to sleep soon but I sure got a kick out of her screaming cat in the middle of the night! She has been doing it lately when Garfield will go up the stairs to let me know he is up there.  She has figured out how to say it so loud also! :) I am guessing so she can be heard over Lauren!!

A preview of things to come??

When I picked Lauren up from school yesterday her teacher said Lauren got mad at her.  I asked why and she said Lauren kept talking to her best friend Brett and the teacher told her to stop talking she didnt so she told Lauren to move to another chair away from him and Lauren said NO! My jaw dropped to the floor when she told me this! Then she tells me so I got up and moved her to another chair myself and she said Lauren was surprised she moved her and upset.  Then they moved to another station in the class and the director of the preschool was in the room and told Lauren to stop talking...again and she had to make her move away from him again!!! The teacher blew it off like no big deal but I think it is a big deal! The child needs to learn when someone tells her to do something you do it! We have been having issues around here with it! My kids are so stubborn!!

Today I asked Allison to go get her baby doll so we could play with it.  She went right into her room and got it with the bottle and we sat and cuddled and fed her baby!! It was so sweet! Maybe she will start playing with her baby dolls soon. She still when you ask to have a kiss she will lean to you so you can kiss her.  If you ask for a hug she will move closer to you but she wont hug you back yet. 

Western Day at Preschool

Lauren's preschool had western day last week and Mimi made her outfit! It was so cute on her! Lauren loved it!

Slide

We were playing outside yesterday and Allison decided it was time for her to master the slide! And she did! First try she got up there with no problem and slid right down!! She did this several times and was so proud of herself! She is growing up too fast!! She has also mastered using a spoon and fork! She is also getting great at when I ask her to put something up or get something she does it!!

It was such a nice weekend this past one.  It was warm and we played outside all day saturday.  Went to the park and got the fire pit up and running and the Girls had hotdogs and we all had roasted marshmellows.  It was great!! The Girls loved playing outside in the dark.
