We did our family Christmas pics today. They came out ok. I guess one good pic is better than no pics at all! It is really hard to pose yourself into a picture!! And Lauren kept giving me funny smiles!

Ping Pong

Jon was given a ping pong table and it is like brand new! He set it up in my studio Friday night. Lauren has so much fun chasing the balls for us. She tried to hit it a few times and got it a few times but she mostly likes chasing the balls around. Last night we were playing and she didnt want to share any of the balls with us. Jon has once again found out that I am the least athletic person he has ever met!!! So needless to say we have alot of laughs while we are trying to play!

Lauren's first movie

We took Lauren today to see Madagascar 2. I thought she was going to love it because she likes to watch movies here at the house. Well she wanted to play with the chair, not sit still, and NOT watch the movie. Somehow we made it through it. Good thing I brought her lots of food to eat on! She didnt care a thing about watching the movie! So we wont be taking her back to the movies till oh she is about 6!

The box

Lauren has been playing with the Dyson box since we brought it home. My Mom also got her this plastic snowglobe that sings and lights up. Well when I put her to bed last night she fell asleep to the thing going. I had to go in there and turn it off. She woke up at 2 am and turned it back on and brought the box from the living room into her room!!!!!! I just put her back to bed and she had the snow globe on ALL night! The batteries are dead now! What a shame!! lol!

Santa came early to me!

I got my Christmas present today out of need more than anything else. Our vaccum went out and it has been driving me crazy!!!!! So my Mom got us a Dyson for Christmas!!!! My house looks soooo good now! Well besides the stains I have but still!!! The Dyson works GREAT!!!!

Putting the angel on top of the tree

I put the lights on the tree tonight so Lauren had to put the angel on top. The angel fell 4 times before we decided that Jon would just have to do it! She got to laughing so hard there was no way she could put it up there! She really loved helping me put the lights on the tree!

My girl is sosooooo smart!

We went out to get the mail and she had a card in there from her Mimi and Pawpaw. So she ripped it open and I asked her what does it say? She looks at me and says "Happy Thanksgiving"!!!!!! I said WHAT and looked at the card and OMG it did say it!!!!!!!! She is just so smart!

So if you havent heard

We are having another baby! We found out last week but we wanted to tell the parents first and our first chance with past weekend. Lauren is excited for now! lol! Not that she really understands what it means yet. I go to the doctor on Dec 1st. As of now my EDD is July 21st. I just pray that this little one goes to full term and I have a healthy baby and pregnancy! At some point I will turn this blog into both of theirs b/c so much will overlap I am not going to do two of them.

Another year older

Saturday was my birthday. A big one but still in a way depressing. What was so great about it though was Lauren always telling me happy birthday. Actually she is still telling me! lol! So we had a wknd filled with birthday dinners. Jon and I went out alone on saturday night and had a nice time.

I kept my two nephews today with Lauren in wynne and man what a day! They werent bad but just alot of work!! lol! I dont know how mom's with several kids get anything done! Lauren had a great time and she just told us that she missed them!!

It's party time!!

That is what Lauren keeps telling us! We always go in her room and play about 7 till her bedtime and she has been saying come on it's party time! Tonight I said let's go put on pj's well she ran in there and pulled out a gown and put it on! It was on backwards but she came running in the other room saying I so pretty I wear this gown!

A few earlier this week

I took Lauren out earlier this week and got a few portraits of her. As you can tell it was warm this week. We just went today and did some more and they are more fallish.

I went and got Lauren a pair of new pj's today and she was so excited she had to try them on when we got home and wanted to just keep wearing them!!!

Do we have a Mini Crash on our hands??

Today I took Lauren to the park with her bike and there are some small hills there well she got to going so fast she took her feet off the petals and then here comes the hill!!!!!!! And then she went over the top of the handle bars! Her helmet helped so she didnt hit to hard but it scared her and her face got a little scrape on it. It didnt bleed though. She cried for a second and then got back on it and went on about her way.
