For sure on Thrusday!

Just got back from the doctor and my bp was 116/68! I am shocked as well as my doc! I am just glad it is down. I know it will be up on thrusday just due to nerves and all but hopefully it wont be bad. I am still on bedrest until thrusday. Although I feel like I should be up doing this or that. I guess it wont hurt me to rest for the next few days b/c I will want alot of rest soon enough!!! lol! We have to be at the hospital at 6:30 in the morning on thrusday and the section is scheduled for 8:30. Hope my doc isnt running late that day!!!

Pumpkin patch trip

Jon and Lauren went to the pumpkin patch today to pick out some pumpkins and play. They came back with 3 of them! A big one, medium size one, and teeny tiny one. Lauren has already painted her tiny one. Jon didnt take the camera with him so we didnt get any pics this year. He did take one of her playing with his phone. I hate I didnt get to go this year but it might have been harder for me to go. Going to the pumpking patch was sort of a tradition me and my Brother came up a few years ago and we would all go and let the kids play and take pics. So thanks to some good friends my mind has been kept off that today. Lisa came over and brought some yummy food and goodies for Allison. Then later Angie came over with goodies for Lauren and Allison.

Tomorrow night Jon and Lauren are going to carve the pumpkins I think. I am afraid if we dont do them tomorrow we will get busy and not get to them.

No Baby yet

Allison is not coming this week. I go back on Monday to see how things are going. For sure she will be here next Thrusday. The ultrasound looked great. She got an 8 out of 8 score. They are estimating her at 6lbs 11oz. My bp is ok as long as I am laying down so that is what I have to do until she is here. The doctor said she would just feel better even making it to Monday just to give Allison a little more time to grow.

On bedrest!

I went to my check up this morning and I knew it was coming since my bp went so high last night. It was high again this morning so I am now on bedrest until Thrusday. Then I go in and they will do an ultrasound and see how the bp is doing then. If it is still up then we may just go ahead and have Allison! When I said to the doctor let's just have her this week she said yeah looks like that is what we need to do. I hope we do! I dont want to get worse. The ultrasound will tell us how big Allison is and see how she is doing with my bp being high. At first the doctor was like she is going to be a good size then she felt of her again and said that no she wasnt HUGE b/c it was alot of fluid around her. So as I have been laying around all day so far I have figured out I get more tired! I guess napping alot isnt a bad thing since there wont be much sleep once Allison is here!!

Lauren goes to the circus!

The circus was in town so Jon's parents took Lauren last night. She had a great time! They brought her home and she was asleep! She was wore out from school and the circus. She was able to ride a pony at the circus! She told me all about it this morning when she got up. Something about a clown and his little dog and the elephants.

Well she woke up about an hour after she was home and got up went to the bathroom and started singing in her room. Then she came out holding a knob to one of her drawers and said "Daddy I broke my drawer. I am cleaning come fix it!" So Jon goes in there and he said she was wiping down the night stand and had her broom out!!! lol! She didnt get that from me for sure!! I have no idea why she thought she needed to do that then! Sounds like my Mom up at 4am cleaning!

A date is set!

I went in today for another doctor appt and Allison still hasnt dropped. I talked to the doctor about my concerns and fears about a vbac or another section. Once I told them to her she said that she would suggest going with another section. I dont care how Allison gets here I just want her here in my arms! So the date is set for Oct 22nd at 8:30 in the morning. It is nice to see the light at the end of the tunnel although fear and worry also come with it. There is still a chance that Allison will be ready before then and in that case we may try for a vbac or just go right in for a section. Just depends on the situation. My bp has been up a bit so I am watching it at home also to make sure it doesnt become a problem.

Pretty nails!

Lauren was coloring with markers outside today and she decided to paint her nails! She did such a good job! lol!

Lauren's favorite movie right now is Chicken Little. It came on tv and we taped half of it. She watched it 3 times a day for a week! So I finally got tired of it and deleted it. She didnt ask for it for a few days then started asking for it again. Jon went and got it for her and gave it to her yesterday. She was so excited! He also picked up Twilight for me! I can't wait to watch it again!!
