What a great day for the Zoo!!

The rain held out today and I had gotten some free zoo passes from a friend of mine and my parents were coming this way so we took Lauren! It was so much fun! Lauren really enjoyed it! It is so cute to see her actually know what the animals are and be excited about them! We had to check out the butterfly garden that is where the pics are from. I didn't take too many pics today b/c I just enjoyed the day with everyone. Lauren got to see the things we didn't get to see the last time we went to the zoo earlier this year.

Here are just some pics from the last two days of Lauren out playing. She LOVES to ride her bike so I had to get a few shots of her doing it! She starts pedaling and will NOT turn around till she is ready. With the tree she was playing peek a boo! And look at how well she mowed the yard!!

Lauren was helping Jon fix the cabinets in the first two pics! We took her to the sunflower field again this year. The sunflowers didn't look so great but Lauren had so much fun running in them. I swear her hair looked so cute and wasnt messy till we got out there! I added a few pics from last year when we went. She was 14 months old then. Look at how much she has grown and changed!! I am so thankful we have hair now!!! lol!

I am behind in posting pics since my laptop has been messed up. It is up and running again since my awesome bil fixed it for me! Here are just a few pics that I have taken in the last week. These first ones I took in Lauren's new outfit! I just love it!!

My lil Princess!

This morning at 5:30 am Lauren woke me up screaming! I mean screaming! So I go in there and she is saying CROWN, CROWN! I thought she was just having some dream or something. Later today I figured it out! She has a little princess crown that is for her hair that I keep in her room on the book shelve. At some point she must have gotten it and put it in her bed or something. Because when she got up from her nap she had it and was all excited she had found her crown!! So I don't know if she was awake or maybe it poked her and she woke up. ???

We went by this local store and Lady asked if Lauren wanted some pixie dust or something like that. So she put some sparkle lip gloss on Lauren and a purple glitter star on her face! It was so cute! She loved it!! She wanted to play at the place so bad! It is a little girls wonderland!!! I was hoping to get home and get some pics of it but she messed the star up while we were doing errands so I didnt get a pic of it.

She is becoming a big girl!!

Yesterday we had cleaned out her booster seat and I moved it down to the lowest level because she was hitting her legs on the table and getting stuck. We decided this morning it is time to put it up. She would rather sit in the chair itself and she is plenty tall enough for it!!! When we go out to eat she just sits in a regular chair also. Now the only thing left to do is potty train! Which we will start after we get back from vacation!! It is just wild at how much things have changed in her in the last two years! I am glad she can do and wants to do things on her own just as long as she still wants to climb up in my lap and cuddle!!!!

Lauren is saying alot of sentences now also. It just amazes me the things that come out of her mouth sometimes!! I can ask her to help me clean up and she does! She goes around clean up clean up! Which is a Barney song.
